LTprophecy is billed per organization on a monthly or annual basis. This guide explains plan tiers, usage limits, and how to manage your subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading

  1. Navigate to Settings β†’ Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan and select Growth or Enterprise.
  3. Enter payment details (powered by Stripe). All major cards accepted.
  4. For Enterprise, click Contact Sales to initiate a custom agreement. Reach us at [email protected].

Downgrading

Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you exceed the lower plan's limits, you will need to delete resources before the downgrade takes effect.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time from Settings β†’ Billing β†’ Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. Data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.

Usage & Invoices

Monthly usage reports and invoices are available under Settings β†’ Billing β†’ Invoices. Invoices are also emailed to the organization admin.

Trial Period

Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial β€” no credit card required. Trial accounts have full Growth plan limits.

Payment Security

LTprophecy does not store payment card data. All billing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
