Terms of Service

LTprophecy is a product of CogniRegal Lab (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U62020MH2025OPC462835), a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 in India. Our registered office is in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

References to “LTprophecy,” “the platform,” or “the service” mean the web application available at ltprophecy.cogniregal.com and its associated APIs, workflows, and documentation.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use LTprophecy. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including your password and any API keys generated in the platform. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

LTprophecy provides a revenue intelligence platform including, but not limited to: ensemble machine learning forecasting, AI research agent workflows, causal knowledge graph tools, model training and evaluation, what-if simulation, and pipeline orchestration.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific forecast, model output, or research result will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Revenue forecasting involves inherent uncertainty — outputs of LTprophecy are decision-support tools, not guarantees.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

You may use LTprophecy only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform to process data for which you do not have lawful authorisation
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any LTprophecy system
• Interfere with the service or disrupt the accounts of other users
• Upload data that contains malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or make the platform available to third parties without our written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account. We may report violations to the appropriate authorities.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or generate within LTprophecy (“Customer Data”). By uploading data, you grant CogniRegal Lab a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and analyse that data solely to provide the service to you.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your Customer Data to train models that are used for other organisations. All organisations are fully isolated through Postgres row-level security.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data you upload complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consents from individuals whose data appears in your datasets.

Upon account termination, we will delete your Customer Data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it by law or regulation.

LTprophecy and all associated technology, design, software, documentation, and content are owned by CogniRegal Lab or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Forecast outputs, model results, and reports generated by the platform using your data are owned by you. We retain no ownership over derivative content produced from your Customer Data.

Subscription pricing and included features are detailed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. We will notify you before suspension and allow a 7-day grace period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CogniRegal Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, LTprophecy — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 10,000.

Revenue forecasts produced by LTprophecy are probabilistic in nature and should be used as one input into business decisions — not as the sole basis for financial commitments.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CogniRegal Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breaches of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on IP, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice within the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of LTprophecy after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
